Manual Pasta Machine

Let’s start with the manual pasta machine. Their main advantage is theirease of useNo need to read a booklet of several pages, follow instructions on a dial or precise adjustment to make, just choose your cutting tool, position it well and go. In a few turns of the crank, the result is there, before you eyes. The handcrafted side of the crank will always make its small effect, with young and old alike.

The style of the machine also displays your style: at home, you do everything by hand. You even turn the crank! If you are a fan of vintage decor (with the old grocer scale in particular), then the manual dough machine will have its place in your workshop-kitchen.

Another significant advantage is that the manual pasta machine does not require electricity. This means you can use it just about anywhere, as long as you can stabilize it or attach it to a worktop.

From an environmental point of view, we also note that manual pasta machines will not have all these electrical and plastic components that then pollute our waste disposal sites.manual machines are not likely to fail■ Obviously, it all depends on the price you put in. A good electric pasta machine will last much longer than a low-end manual pasta machine that will break from the first few turns of the crank.

There is obviously one point on which manual pasta machines are unbeatable: the price. You can clearly not compare the two on this point.manual machines are accessible for a few tens of euros, while electric models cost at least 100 euros for models that hold up over time, counting more expensive still to aim for quality.
